# Vuemail

> Build and send emails using Vue and TypeScript.

## Why

We believe that email is an extremely important medium for people to communicate. However, we need to stop developing emails like 2010, and rethink how email can be done in {new Date().getFullYear()} and beyond. Email development needs a revamp. A renovation. Modernized for the way we build web apps today.

Vuemail brings this to Vue: a 1:1 port of [React Email](https://react.email), with the same components and tools, written for Vue single file components.

## Getting Started

Vuemail is designed to be incrementally adopted, so you can add it to most codebases in a few minutes.

> **[Automatic Setup](https://vuemail.dev/docs/getting-started/automatic-setup.md)**
>
> Add Vuemail to any JavaScript or TypeScript project in minutes.

> **[Manual Setup](https://vuemail.dev/docs/getting-started/manual-setup.md)**
>
> Create a brand-new folder with packages powered by Vuemail.

> Render and send emails from the server routes of a Nuxt app.

## Components

This is a set of standard components to help you build amazing emails without having to deal with the mess of creating table-based layouts and maintaining archaic markup.

> **[HTML](https://vuemail.dev/docs/components/html.md)**
>
> A Vue html component to wrap emails.

> **[Container](https://vuemail.dev/docs/components/container.md)**
>
> The main wrapper that hold your content.

> **[Button](https://vuemail.dev/docs/components/button.md)**
>
> A Vue button component to help build emails.

> **[Text](https://vuemail.dev/docs/components/text.md)**
>
> A block of text separated by blank spaces.

## Integrations

In order to use Vuemail with any email service provider, you'll need to convert the components made with Vue into a HTML string. This is done using the [render](https://vuemail.dev/docs/utilities/render.md) utility.
